Website Privacy Policy

This policy explains what VIGEO Physical Therapy collects through vigeopt.com, why we collect it, and how we limit its use.

Scope of this policy

This policy applies to information submitted through the VIGEO PT website and its request form. It is separate from the formal Notice of Privacy Practices that explains HIPAA rights and how protected health information may be used during care.

Information we collect

The request form may collect a first name, phone number or email address, care-setting preference, ZIP code when needed to review an in-home service area, and an optional general note. Optional choices may tell us whether you are contacting us for yourself or someone you care for and what everyday activity you want to discuss.

Our website hosting and security providers may also process basic technical information, such as an IP address, browser type, device information, and request time, to deliver and protect the site.

How we use information

We use form information to respond to your request, discuss clinic or possible in-home outpatient options, review the general service area, coordinate appropriate next steps, maintain inquiry records, protect the website, and meet legal or operational responsibilities.

Sending the form does not schedule an appointment, confirm in-home availability, confirm insurance coverage, or establish a patient relationship.

Who may have access

Access is limited to authorized VIGEO PT or VIGEO Health personnel who handle inquiries and to service providers that support website hosting, secure cloud storage, communications, and system protection. Those providers process information only to support these functions. We may also disclose information when required by law or needed to protect people, rights, or systems.

We do not sell the information submitted through this form or use it for unrelated marketing.

How we protect information

The website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection, and submitted requests are stored in cloud systems with technical and access controls. Staff email alerts contain only a link to the authenticated inquiry dashboard, not the information entered in the form.

No website or storage system can promise absolute security. Please do not include a diagnosis, date of birth, insurance or member ID, payment information, or other sensitive medical details in the optional note. You may call us instead.

How long information is kept

We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the request, maintain appropriate business records, and satisfy legal or operational obligations. Access may be restricted or the record archived when it is no longer active.

Your choices

You may choose not to use the form and call us at (703) 244-6884. You may also contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of website inquiry information, subject to records we must retain.
