Each visit is scheduled at a one-to-one patient-to-clinician ratio. Private treatment rooms and no double or triple booking keep the clinician focused on you throughout the visit.

Choose a quiet local clinic or ask whether an in-home outpatient visit is available in your area. Both are outpatient physical therapy; in-home visits are separate from Medicare-certified Home Health.

What to expect

Your first visit is built for listening.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring any referral, post-surgical instructions, medication list, and insurance information you have available. With your permission, a family member or caregiver can participate.

    Review relevant mobility, strength, balance, and functional movements at a comfortable pace.

    Talk through the findings, recommended visit plan, and what you can begin between sessions.

For family and caregivers

You can call before you know which service is needed.

Tell us what has changed for your parent, spouse, or loved one and which everyday activities have become difficult. We can talk through the first step, the Falls Church clinic, and available in-home outpatient options.

Insurance and self-pay

Understand the payment path before you begin.

Current plans include Medicare Part B, CareFirst and Federal BCBS, Aetna Medicare PPO, Humana Medicare PPO, and select Anthem HealthKeepers plans with prior approval. We review benefits and expected cost before the first visit. Self-pay is $175 for an evaluation and $125 for a follow-up; payment and copays are collected at the time of service.
